CD Cover Inspirations - Girls Aloud

Both these CD covers represent them a band. There are not distractions in either of these cd covers which was well intended as that would take the meaning out of it. They are (most of the time) infront of a plain or smooth backgroud, yet again to make them as the models to be the main subjects.
The costumes are dependent upon the title of the song or album; The first image represents the band as young, glamarous girls, which is linked by the name of the album "Untouchable", maybe connoting, that ther cannot be stopped.
The Second album cover, shows us a clearer image of why they are dressed and pictured like that, denotations are the chains hanging from the ceiling and the band members clinging onto it.
The colour theme is also important, as the designers of the cover had made sure that there aren't too many colours to make the image seem too distractive. They also made sure that the colours represented how sophisticated the band is: With very smooth colour theme.

Text Styles

This text style was made on Adobe Photoshop using the pen tool. This is a very simplistic design, with a gradient fill.

This text style, is more detailed with a double streak effect. The colour theme is slightly different to the one above. This text style is more suitable for the CD Cover as it fits the sailor themed clothing worn by the band members on the main cd cover image.
